I wasn’t sure about all the hype with this gel. It is a gel, it’s non-staining, no smell and dries after a minute. I’ve got rotator cuff issues and tbh, it really seems to help! I’ve got my husband using it on his elbow and he says it helps him, too.

I found it gave noticeable relief, and pretty quickly. I’d say within an hour or two, I forgot that my knees/ankles were bothering me. There’s no bad smell, it’s not greasy and it absorbs pretty quickly. I notice that when I apply, I feel an instantaneous cooling sensation.
